FORS, the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme has announced a further expansion of its Affinity Partner network providing operators with a FORS Driver Handbook, powered by The Driver Handbook. The FORS Driver Handbook comprises a mobile app for drivers. 

It is enabled by TDHConnect®, a content management system which puts fleet managers in full control of sharing up-to-the-minute essential information and accessing live reporting on driver progress and comprehension. Core to the solution are industry-leading handbooks, free toolbox talks, knowledge-checks, template declarations, a library of policies and much more. All content can be customised on the app, supplemented with operators’ specific information, and delivered directly to a driver’s device.

• The FORS Driver Handbook content is available for all vehicle types, as necessitated by FORS Bronze M5 communications requirements in the FORS Standard.
• The FORS Driver Handbook links to a live version of the official Highway Code and contains driver declarations as necessitated by Bronze D2 driving standards requirements in the FORS Standard.
• TDHConnect provides forecasting, delivery, and records of monthly Toolbox Talks and campaigns as necessitated by Silver S8 internal communications requirements in the FORS Standard.
• The FORS Driver Handbook provides evidence of meeting over 30 communications requirements across Bronze, Silver and Gold accreditation.
