We’ve built a powerful, cloud-based platform so you can manage users and the information they need. With audit trails and review reminders, our platform means you can manage and monitor at every step of the way. Powerful user insights are core to the platform. Live reporting puts you in control.

Our management platform is a SaaS product. You don’t need to install software on a computer to access it. It also means no software to download and update. Just login to your account from any web browser whenever you want and wherever you’re working.
Our platform and app are run from our Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing servers. This gives us the ability to offer a secure and scalable service to all our customers.
Your account can be structured into what we call ‘departments’. This approach means you can add users to a specific department and then allocate content just to those users. Almost like mini accounts in their own rights.
You can manage and monitor on a departmental basis giving you a very detailed view across the board. Only have a small team? A simple flat structure will keep all app users in one place for you to share content and monitor progress.
However you decide to use our platform, it underpins everything that happens in our mobile app.
