If you’re already using The Handbook Group or it’s your first time here, you’re bound to have at least one question. Here are some of the questions we get asked, but don’t forget, if the answer’s not here just get in touch with us for a chat.
Your licence for our platform gives you the ability to include ANY information you want for your users. You have the option to build that information as app pages like we do, or include existing PDFs, videos, images and more in the app.
All information in the app records a date and time stamp for the last access and the time spent on each page is also recorded. So you can very easily see how long users have spent on a page
With the platform you can manage your own users within your existing licence.
If you ‘suspend’ a user, they’re deleted from your account. But they are actually moved to an archive account that only we can access. The users and their records are securely retained by us for 6 years. So any info can still be accessed or users reinstated with their existing progress retained.
Your company logo and a single brand colour can be applied to the app and TDHConnect for a one-off set up charge.
No. You only need to pay for the additional user licences.
We can get your account set up almost instantly. Most customers are using The Handbook Group within a couple of days. We have a full onboarding plan to help you get the best out of the system. We guide you through the process and tailor it to your needs.
The Handbook Group’s system and app are available 24/7 and we’re on the end of the phone or email if you need any help. Our support is open 9am to 5.30pm on normal UK working days.
Our order process is simple, just get in touch and let us know your requirements and we’ll do the rest!
Your data is stored in the cloud via Amazon Web Services in the UK with 24/7/365 monitoring. All our hosting is fully compliant with UK and EU legislation.
Your end users will need to download our app for free from Google Play or the App Store. But to access our management system (TDHConnect) it’s what’s known as a ‘SaaS’ solution – it’s completely cloud-based. You don’t need to download or install anything, just access it from a browser on any device.
We’re always working on improvements, enhancements and bug fixes for our systems to ensure everything’s tip-top. We always let you know in advance when we’re making changes, so you can let your users know to check for updates (if they don’t have them automated!).
You only need to pay for the users who have access to the system. There are 2 licence types: App users and Managers.
We publish our pricing so there’s no surprises and you can work out what it’s going to cost.

All our licences are for a minimum 12 month period. During that time you pay for a minimum number of user licences at the start. At any point during the 12 months you can purchase additional licences if your team’s growing.
At month 11 if you’re planning on renewing with us, you can review your numbers for the next 12 months.
If you need help and support at any time you just get in touch with us, it’s all part of the licence fee!
