Rather than simply using The Driver Handbook as a document library, PRS has developed the app into a much broader resource for its drivers. Alongside its own operational information, the team has created quizzes and training to reinforce understanding and help ensure drivers have the knowledge they need to carry out their roles safely and effectively.
