If EU Drivers’ Hours Rules weren’t already complex, recent changes and DVSA interpretation have made compliance even more demanding.

Since 2020, regulations have required that annual leave and sick leave be included as part of the 28-day rest record. But as of August 2022, the DVSA’s updated guidance goes even further – and it’s now being actively enforced.
